I feel like if one of those rare things were to have occurred, it would have been mentioned in the post. To be fair though, I have not affiliated much with lesbians, or any bisexuals for that matter, so if I don't exactly know what I'm talking about, I would not be surprised. They are not rare things: you're right about not knowing anything about the issue of lesbian mothers.
I agree: as I posted above, unless he was sexually aroused by the massage enjoying it has nothing to do with being bi or gay.
