I am certain you are a very intelligent woman now, you have shared your story with a few, who no doubt have told he molested you and all he did to you was very wrong. so don't be making reasons for not reporting him: a young girl of 6/7 being spoken at in such a filty minded adult male is certainly total abuse of your innoncence: wetting yourself in public was totallly out of fear so don't blame yourself for that: you were only a child and sadly you were not his child so he felt it was ok to talk to you and touch your thighs and bottom: Bad, bad man: so report him or get advice how to cope with what he did to you in your innocent years
