Hes definitely a little nervous probably. Only bc you might have msde it a little akward for him for random kisses making him feel a little harassed. Its not good when people feel that way cause they can do something unnecessary like tell staff. You need to be upfront and a little at ease and ask Him about wanting a relationship. He might say yes. And if he doesn't yall can still be friends and something can happen later on
