    Just go in when he has a shift and ask him out already. It doesn't matter if a month has passed. No sane, single person would turn down a younger person hitting on them.

      Yeah, I'm just nervous about making him uncomfortable, cause I'm really not obsessive over him or anything. I'm just sort of in lust and think he's beautiful
