I'm pretty sure if someone let a part of their body go necrotic, and they had any contact with humans, people would notice.
Although, it is the scrotum we're talking about here. At 10, many people already bathe themselves, so the parents might not get a chance to see. I mean, they're called "private parts" for a reason.
I'm not talking about seeing.
Think about it.
The smell...? The inability to move without pain?

If I think about it, I'm not convinced flesh would go necrotic in three days, though.
Infected for sure, but necrotic? Idk. Quite frankly, I don't wanna know. Hah.
