      Didn't see the story, but if he claims no hospital is necessary, he's a troll or a tard. Possibly both.

        Unless he's like 10, and he doesn't understand the weight of the situation. It's probably a troll, though. I hope it's not some 10 year old who actually sliced his scrotum open with a stick and doesn't want to tell his mom. I'd be willing to believe a 10 year old would do that.

          I'm pretty sure if someone let a part of their body go necrotic, and they had any contact with humans, people would notice.

            Although, it is the scrotum we're talking about here. At 10, many people already bathe themselves, so the parents might not get a chance to see. I mean, they're called "private parts" for a reason.
