The other day, I used the toilet for a #2 and I kid you not-what I produced must have been at least a foot long in total. I am an average-sized female.
Is this normal or healthy?

It's totally normal. A person is supposed to have bowels that are as long as the part between their elbow and wrist. So its both normal and healthy.
