I'm not a psychologist but it sounds like social anxiety.
I have/had it. If you need to, go to a therapist or at least talk to your general practitioner. They can help steer you in the direction you may need to go in order to overcome it. Maybe with medication, maybe just talking to a therapist, or maybe both.
