My best online friend is a 16 year old girl from holland. I'm 23 and a female from the usa. It's nothing sexual at all. I am really immature and so is she and we constantly joke around and watch funny shit on youtube, play video games ect.... we eventually want to meet and do stupid retareded annoying shit together.

Never meet with people you meet over the internet. Might be a psycho in reality or might be totally different when there aren't a keyboard to give the person courage. If you enjoy talking with her on the net, then why maybe ruin it by meeting her?
Oh, and yea, I would say it is normal to have a friend like that over the net. On the net, there's nothing called age, there's only maturity ^~
