I work out bi-daily and eat regularly.

  • Bi-daily? Why not just say twice daily?
    Anyhoo, it's pretty impossible to judge over the Internet how healthy a person is regardless of their weight and height. If you aren't suffering from any major health issues (especially those weight-related) and you feel healthy overall then I'm going to guess you'll be fine. Maybe try asking your GP next time? They're probably more qualified to answer.
