Guys are very visual so if a guy is dating you in the 1st place its a given that he's attracted to you. Guys cannot fake attraction. Many guys love curvy women. Big booties are the thing today, ever heard of Kim Kardashian. Ever heard of that curvy red head from Man Men who everybody loves, she's a size 14 at least.
You have nothing to be insecure about. Confidence is very sexy so you need to work on loving yourself just as you are.
Men can in fact fake attraction, and she does have reason to be insecure, as men can be very picky about women's appearances. Granted, many men find curves attractive, there is a thin white line between sexy curves and fat. As long as she stays in good health, and plays the cards right, she won't have to be insecure, but there s always the chance of meeting a guy that she likes but he doesn't share a mutual fondness. In basic, don't just think that it will all work out, and that all men are the same.
