Of course this is not normal. Clearly you cannot satisfy the men, and you are not to blame at all for the way you are. He's looking for something else in a relationship but he can't do the big move and leave you. He's probably too scared of moving on or too attached even though he complains that you won't do what he wants.You should leave him, the way you speak of him you don't seem to be comfortable with this men, especially by saying he is scaring you.
And the part about needing sex to go to work ? That's bullshit. Sex can be an important part but he is clearly making you feel guilty to make you have sex with him.
