      No... Adderall is prescription medication for people who can't concentrate for longer than roughly 3 minutes. It contains a very small and controlled dose of amphetamine which increases alertness, and so is used to treat ADD or ADHD. Alone, and in large doses (as an illegal drug), amphetamine shares certain properties of Methamphetamine <---- probably what you're thinking of.
