It's perfectly normal to enjoy foreign music even if you can't speak/understand the language that's being spoken. My native language is English but as of late, I've leaning more towards French and Japanese music. I have a understanding of the French despite not being able to fluently speak it. Foreign language music is beautiful. It is possible to convey emotions form a connection with your listeners even if they can't understand your words.
