    I had the same issue. I ended up going to a urologist to get it removed. Surprisingly it's a fairly common complication that occurs after circumcision when the foreskin that's leftover heals to the glans.

    It's nothing serious, but if it causes discomfort I'd recommend seeking advice from your General Practitioner.
