K this is a weird question but ya so whenever I have sex or masturbait right after I have a urge to pee but that's not why I'm posting this but I pee out a clear cool liquid (pee?) I'm just curious if normal? Thanks
Either you are extremely well hydrated or your kidneys are not doing their job, properly.
The yellower your urine, the more dehydrated you are.
It's likely female ejaculate. Take it from me.....I'm an amateur gynecologist.
As late as the 1980s, most doctors who were aware of the phenomenon of women ejaculating assumed the fluid must be urine. As a treatment, they would recommend exercises to strengthen the pelvic muscles, such as Kegels. The truth is, many women do leak a little urine during sex and during other activities as well, like sneezing, coughing, or laughing (if you’ve had children, you know what I’m talking about!), but urine is not the same as female ejaculate.

Uhhh... It's not the same, dude. I was pretty sure it wasn't but I went ahead and read some more sources to be sure. I've seen 7 or 8 doctors stating it wasn't on various sites and not one claiming it was the same. The only thing I read that could give your point some validity is that there can be small amounts of urine mixed with the ejaculate depending on how full the bladder is.

The color doesn't concern me as much as the temperature. Fluids coming out of the body should be body temperature, not noticeable cooler. Are you sure you grabbed your penis and not the garden hose?
I recommend you set up an appointment with your doctor within the next 2 weeks. If they can't fit you in anytime before that, go to the ER. It could be something very simple, or there could be an underlying cause. I say this only because it is a symptom of a couple concerning possibilities.

My guess is that it's the fluid produced by your prostate that's supposed to serve as precum, which moistens and lubricates the urethra so ejaculating is easier. I don't know why you would produce so much or why it would feel cool though.
Disregard my previous comment, I didn't see your comments stating that you were a man. You should have put that bit of information in your post. Are you sure that it isn't urine? What does it smell like?
