  • lol 9:00-0.00 xbox and tv is not good for your health sleep at least 8 hours. And YES that is healthy . You are doing a lot of cardio and weight training and you should take in more food. If you're losing weight thats fine make sure you are in a caloric deficit. IF you are trying to build some mucsle i suggest you make it a bigger dinner. hope that helps.
