    Girls don't usually have adams apples that show no...
    but really to be honest... What ever the fuck she isn't doesn't really fucking matter at all. She's a girl. She's not "a" trans. Regardless of if she was born a guy a girl or something in between she is choosing to display as girl and really that's the only thing that matters.

    She is a Girl.

      I like your answer. If she looks like a girl then she is one and no one should treat her any differently.
