Is this considered sexual abuse?

  • The dude (not your friend) was clearly talking utter BS, and he obviously had some weird masochistic/submissive shit going on in his head that related to feet, his leg and his dick. Whether he also had something going on specifically about guys is another question; I assume there weren't many girls around in that environment.

Sometimes it's very clear that sexual abuse has happened, but the legal definition isn't the same in all jurisdictions, and individuals have different personal definitions. Since an exposed penis was involved in this case, I'm sure there are those who would say that it was sexual abuse of some sort. I personally find it difficult to see how your friend might be justified in finding it abusive since nothing was actually done to him, but I suppose it's possible he might have been such a delicate flower that he found the experience traumatic. I think if it had happened to me when I was a teenager (or at any time since), I would have just filed it away under the heading of Seriously Weird People I Have Encountered.
