Is this considered prostituition?

Is it prostituition if someone does not directly pay for sex, they just do some other non-monetary favor? For example, I heard rumors that this girl at work will have sex with guys to cover her shifts and was thinking of asking her sometime because I know she kinda likes me. Is this prostituition? Will I get in trouble? It it isn't prostituition, where do you draw the line?

Only direct monetary compensation for sexual services rendered is prostitution. And even then who cares? Women that marry/date/sleep with rich guys, or guys that are kind to them, or do them favors, or buy them gifts aren't considered hookers, yet at the end of the day are engaging in a mutually beneficial arrangement.

    • Its a risk I'm willing to take. I don't think it is likely my manager will find out anyways.

Probably. If I was the manager.

If she does and you want to do this, make sure and cover up before going in and for the love of God do not eat her out.

First, if you're basing this all on a rumour, you should be very cautious. People spread all sorts of false rumours for all sorts of stupid and malicious reasons, and it could be possible that you're being set up to make an ass of yourself and turn a woman who "kinda likes" you into an enemy.

If it is true, then she has the right to have sex with whoever she wants, for whatever reasons she deems reasonable. Realistically, the puritanical law might become an issue if she is routinely having sex in return for cash, but not if it's a quid pro quo arrangement. If the law did get involved in such arrangements, an awful lot of rich, old, ugly guys wouldn't have high-gloss, much younger wives, and a lot of greedy young women would have to find gainful employment rather than living off those guys.

As far as I can see, it's not really all that different to her saying that she'd cook you a nice dinner or bring in sandwiches for your lunch for a week if you took her shift.

Good post, but I take issue with the use of the term "greedy". That may be true in some cases but like any form of sex work it's still work and often the only work available.

I wish I could fuck a girl like that to help her out. But I can't get it up. I'm just pathetic.

Make sure you're absolutely certain she does before you ask her.

Prostitution is by definition exchanging cash or something of value in exchange for sex. In her case time.

%100 no. After all you are the one that is getting paid, you are simply doing a favor by covering her shift, no different then your girl telling you she would cook you breakfast if you eat her out.

Besides position laws are all fucked anyway. You can be paid to appear in porn after all, direct cash handed over to have sex but just because it's filmed no one gives a shit lmao.

I would say however that its probably against your work rules. and even if it is not "illegal" it doesn't make it right per se

That's why when I sell dates it's all being recorded anx posted. People are just paying to make porn with a pretty trans woman. Which is very belieaveable actually. Dont know how itll stand up in court but better then no defence

  • I don't think it's prosti- *hold on, this pancake I'm eating is really good* -tution by the law book per say, but it's prostitution in practice.

Reminds me of the stories my boyfriend's former friends told me. They said before he met me he was fucking mature women in exchange for money and items. They were giving each other things they wanted, so I saw nothing wrong with what they were telling me. XD

A casual way to bring it up would be like hey (insert name here) I'm a little tight on cash right now, is there any shifts your trying to dump that I could take from you?

    Go from there
