Is this an eating disorder?

My sister was 165 pounds 5'4 I see her weight logged to our scale (it has options for two users)

This was June only about four months ago.

Out of nowhere within a month i noticed she looked thinner. Then next month even thinner and now she looks so much thinner.. I think she must be thinner than me now impossible I'm 128 5'4 I check the scale log... 117 and she's still losing weight...

Is this eating disorder she's my little sister btw she's only 14 I'm 20... we live with our grandparents because my mother died when we were little and never saw our father. Our grandparents haven't said anything that much just grandma said to her are you losing a bit of weight dear... that's all she said

I know she isn't underweight yet so maybe not an eating disorder?

Nope 4
Yes 8

I'm not used to the Imperial system, but that seems a little bit steep. Make sure she's not just avoiding eating, but rather incorporating proper eating and exercise.

Well done for checking on her.

It could be an eating disorder, you could approach her and ask if she is doing ok to make sure. Some teens go through a phaze when they suddenly start eating tiny portions compared to what they normally did. I ran into this when I was 16 and started eating about 1/4 of what I ate previously.
The sudden drop of weight could be a sign of an eating disorder though, so it would be best to talk to her about it.

      Bulemics are rarely underweight.
