  • I find that talking to people is terrifying, however this can be remedied by gaining a high self esteem. Look in the mirror everyday and give yourself a compliment. Keep thinking about the positive aspects about yourself and just keep thinking positive. You don't have to have full on conversations with people, just casually exchange hellos. Once you have a high self esteem, just think of having a nice conversation with someone. If you try too hard, the person can tell. Just be yourself and keep you head held high. Force yourself to talk to people. The worse a person can do is judge you. Good luck and take care.
