Have you ever confronted her immediately when she does these rude things? Say something short and blunt like 'it's really rude to talk about people like that'...'you just interrupted me, why did you do that?' etc.
She doesn't sound like a completely bad person, just a person who is a bit narcisstic. I'm assuming young, probably has no idea how her habits affect others...people like this can change. Find some good ways to respond to her to call her out when she does these things and maybe you can help her change. If not, distance yourself.
