There's nothing your aunt can do :o( He should've made the will years ago when he was first diagnosed, in fact she's lucky to get the house and that may only be because of a joint mortgage.
The love of money always brings out the worst in people and his sister has no love for your aunt.
I know of 2 brothers whose mom died recently. She had a will dividing everything equally but one wanted the house. Anyhow, one of the brothers rang the family lawyer just to inform him his mom had died and the lawyer said, "Has the fighting started yet?" And there were only two of them, imagine if she had a lot of kids.
This is how lawyers make their money, tell your aunt not to bother unless she can prove she paid for the tractor or other things!
Is this a normal situation to be in?
