I don't agree with what most people concider right or wrong though. It's mostly opinion.
I don't go around raping babies and killing puppies.
You stated when your parents punished you as a child you sought out revenge. You also seem to think you should be able to commit any crime or misdeed and not be punished.
So that means you have 0 consideration for others feelings and do not care who your crimes hurt. Which leads back to everything else I said.
Like I said a NORMAL mindset understand punishment comes when you do something bad so to stop doing it. Yet you see you are doing bad you do not care who is hurts or what trouble you cause.
You are self centered and think the world is here for your amusement. Maybe you should consider other peoples feeling and think about how your actions affect others.
Punishment means you did something wrong. That would be chaos! No punishment means all and any crime is legal. OP also already stated they will seek out anyone who punishes them for ANY reason.
That anyone who accepts punishment and does not make the punisher pay is weak. That is the ideas of OP. Scenario would be "Dad you took my games I hit you with bat". See? BAD!!!!
That is a dangerous mind set. That means no limits, no penalties, no regard for rules, order or anyone else well being in mind when these misdeeds are performed. How is that normal?
Meaning the OP is self centered, violent and vengeful. They will go after anyone who does not agree with their misdeeds even if they know what they are doing is bad or hurting someone.
Being wrongfully punished is an injustice. However not everyone is always innocent. Also your solution of "Removing all punishment" and "destroying anyone who ever punishes you" will fix nothing.
Since you would be allowing all crime to go unpunished meaning you are alright with any and all crime in this world. You also never mentioned being wrongfully punished.
You simply stated any punishment is wrong and anyone who accepts it is weak and should hurt those who punished them.
So if you are alright with any criminal activity and you think it should be encouraged which sounds like everything you said you are a crazy fucked up jerk.

So in your mind if you kill someone and the cops arrest you the next course of action would not be "Im sorry for killing them" it would be "I will now kill the cop". Even though you know you are the one creating havoc. Again it goes with the psycho mind set. You also are still admitting you did bad deeds and did not care who is hurts. You are psychotic. Its pretty clear. Also you have not told us what you did just that you did bad and did not like being punished for it. a NORMAL mind would say "Maybe I should stop" but you believe doing bad is ok and care for no one else besides yourself. If you believe you were punished wrongly well I could understand the spite. However if you believe any type of punishment deserves revenge. So in other words if you raped or killed someone for no reason you would be angry at who arrested you. Even though in reality you would be a dick for doing it in the first place. Once again psychopathic mindset and behavior. So yeah you are a complete dick and a psychopath.

So no it is not normal and you do not have a normal mind set. A normal mindset would say "Crime=punishment=stopping crime" yet your head says "Crime=punishment=more and more crime". You wish not to be held accountable for any action no matter what the action might be. That means all and any crime is good to you. Does not sound like someone very well in the head. That is also a very dangerous mind set. That means you have no limits at all. A psychopath has no limits! They go to jail do it again, and that is what you are doing. You are going to do it over and over and over no-matter who it hurts and what the results to yourself might be. That is what you say over and over and over. That is not a good thing!

What people should be punished for is opinion. Just because society says something is wrong doesn't mean it is.
It's a weak brainwashed mindset that accepts punishment and is submissive towards others.
