Though if you are Autistic I suppose you would have to take that into consideration too. If you know you are doing bad things you should stop doing them not be angry you get in trouble for them.
Did you once stop to consider your victim? So if you kill someone just for a good laugh and they punish you I suppose you blame that person for being killed and the officer for locking you up. If you are being a dick that was your choice. So you should be made to live with what happens next.

Punishment means you did something wrong. That would be chaos! No punishment means all and any crime is legal. OP also already stated they will seek out anyone who punishes them for ANY reason.

Meaning the OP is self centered, violent and vengeful. They will go after anyone who does not agree with their misdeeds even if they know what they are doing is bad or hurting someone.

You however have no consideration of how your actions affect other people. So in your mind if you kill someone and the cops arrest you the next course of action would not be "Im sorry for killing them" it would be "I will now kill the cop". Even though you know you are the one creating havoc. Again it goes with the psycho mind set. You also are still admitting you did bad deeds and did not care who is hurts. You are psychotic. Its pretty clear. Also you have not told us what you did just that you did bad and did not like being punished for it. a NORMAL mind would say "Maybe I should stop" but you believe doing bad is ok and care for no one else besides yourself. If you believe you were punished wrongly well I could understand the spite. However if you believe any type of punishment deserves revenge. So in other words if you raped or killed someone for no reason you would be angry at who arrested you. Even though in reality you would be a dick for doing it in the first place. Once again psychopathic mindset and behavior. So yeah you are a complete dick and a psychopath.

Also there is a big difference between psychopathy and psychosis. They are not the same thing yet you interchange the 2 which implies you know nothing about psychology.
I think I had that debate with you before and it got nowhere.

What people should be punished for is opinion. Just because society says something is wrong doesn't mean it is.
It's a weak brainwashed mindset that accepts punishment and is submissive towards others.
