Is this a normal family?

I know a family of hoarders who have lived down the road since I was a kid. They own the whole culdesac which is filled with about 100 cars and garbage. The parents have 5 boys who all still live at home aged 27 to 48. When they were kids the father would put the 5 boys in the car and get in wreaks on purpose, while instructing the kids to all complain their backs hurt so he could sue. Now that they have grown they have all learned similar behavior. The one on meth likes to stand outside the top foods market and beg for change even though they are rich. He is always demanding money from his friends and trys to manipulate anything he can to get drugs. The inside of the house is like the season finallie of hoarders. The dad once bought a new furniture set but couldn't fit it in the house (which is like a mansion) so he left them outside to get rained on for months. Most the cars don't run and are also filled with garbage. You can see their cul-de-sac from google earth and it looks like Richie Rich's junk yard.
