I think only way I could say "ok those boobs are too big" is if a woman's Tig ol Bitties got so big that the planets in our solar system started to revolve around them and this disruption caused the destruction of life on Earth.

I'd probably say bigger than G is too big, I don't now how you would be able to do anything with boobs that huge.
Double Ds are enough, anymore is a waste! It's not all about size though, shape, height, fullness and quality over quantity! Nipples are important too! Uglier the face n emptier the head the better the boobs have to be!

There is no such thing. Your fantasy of over sized boobs can never exist because there is no such thing to a limit on titty size. hah! Well from a chick standpoint depending on the overall weight of the woman and strength of her back even a C can be too big and give her back problems. Not to mention anything above a B is hard to find sizes for, especially nice looking ones. Any boob at all can be too big while you're trying to complete certain tasks... they tend to get in the way.
I knew a girl with E size boobies. It was hard for her to find bras so they were all boring supportive jobs and when I found out her titties had no feeling I lost interest in them.
