Is there such a thing as a tall midget

I saw a woman who looked like a midget but she was about 5"1 . Proportionally her body had midget proportions( big head short stubby arms and legs etc). So can a midget be on the tall side or is this maybe a separate condition?

I believe you have to be under 4'10" to be considered a midge.

"Midget" refers to a person who is very
short, but normally proportioned. Your lady is not even a midget. Do some research kid.
