      My mom's bipolar, and my brother says he has ADHD but who knows what's wrong with him.

      Is it normal to feel like people are sneaking up on you in public, and then turn around and no one is ever there? I've never acted paranoid in public but I feel like I'm losing it.

        Paranoia is a part of the upper/giddiness/irritable bit. I'd say that is normal for what you're going through. *Is only six months late, but figured better to comment than not.* ^_^
