Except sexual orientation is not a thought or idea. If it is then why would people go through so much trouble in their lives trying to cope with coming out to their parents and stuff when they could just be like "nah, I think I'm gonna be straight, it's easier and more convenient." Trust me that there is gay people who want it really badly to change their orientation and can't. Just live with it the best way you can and they way you feel comfortable.
No, you are wrong. First comes the feeling of attraction and then all the thought. You don't, at all, think and then feel attracted. When you look at something you don't think " I am gonna like this" and then you suddenly like it. You straight away feel that you like it or not.
