  • If being gay was in a persons genes then how exactly does this gene get passed from generation to generation.

    • what, do you think every gay person out their comes out the closet? Some do get married and have kids, its also ony 50% hereditary and for gay men it has something to do with certain chromozones passed from their mother and its patterning. Also whos to say just because both parents have brown eyes that their child have be blue or green eyes? It also can happen by a random gene mutation which comes from out of the blue like any other gene. And lets not forget bisexuals, they do play some part and besides gays only make up around about 10% of the population so of course there arent gonna be lots around anyway. In some cases it has something to do with a chemical imbalance within the womb which is ,unfortunatly for some, unavoidable. They also disected dead bodies of gay men and found that the way the brain was set out was more similar to a females brain and that they were somewhat larger than the average heterosexual brain. Debates about it being nuture are for people who believe in theories before the 1970s when they thought it was a mental illness. It is not.
