I think sexual orientation is a consequence primarily of nature over all else.
Someone may be more comfortable with sexual exploration if in a more accepting environment, but that would simply be allowing what was already within some time to shine.
Fetishes and paraphilia are usually attributed to nurture, however. This suggests to me that it could be possible for someone to develop a sexual fetish altering their previous sexual orientation, but whether or not the biological inclination would have to exist already I have no idea.
In other words, I don't know. OP, why don't you see if you can do it?
