A lot of people talk to themselves. But In this case seeing as you are already diagnosed with some mental illnesses It can go either way. I can't say this is normal or this isn't normal for several reasons. Two of them being I am not a psychiatrist and don't know how often or what you talk about to yourself. Overtime me and my best friend are hanging out she always at least talks aloud to herself once.I ask her what she said every time and I always say "what". And she just shakes her head and I'm just like your talking to yourself again aren't you? Then she says yeah and we both bust out laughing. So what I'm trying to get at is it may and may not be normal. If you already see a psychiatrist I suggest talking to her/him the next time you see them. If you don't already have a psychiatrist I suggest getting one. I hope this was helpful. have a wonderful day. :)
Is there any hope...and also is this connected to mental illnesses..
