Is there a way to improve short sightedness?

I’ve worn glasses since I was about 12 and my prescription gets worse every couple of months but I hate wearing glasses and can’t stand the way I look in them.

I currently wear conatct lenses but they’re no good for swimming or travelling and I feel that it impedes my life.

I’ve tried everything I can think of, including some pretty ridiculous things such as casting magic spells but nothing as even helped slightly.

Laser eye surgery is completely off the table as I can’t stand anyone t even go near my eyes and am terrified of the risks involved. Is there anything I can do?

    Once you start wearing glasses, your eyes are pretty much gone already.They stay the same if not get worse. No amount of carrots will help you. Laser surgery is the only option.

    eat carrots i guess
    dont look at screens as much (nightmare difficulty if you are a gamer or avid tv/movie watcher)

      That was just some ww2 British propaganda to hide from the germans that Britain had radar. Carrot dont make you see better but if you are vitamin A deficient it would prevent blindness.

    Laser eye surgery they just make you so out of it you are calm enough to have a laser burn into your cornea. Of course they cant put you under because REM would mess it up. You will only remember it like a dream, of burning corneas.

    You can't improve it without laser eye surgery.

    You can stop it from getting worse though. Make sure you wear your glasses when you're supposed to, limit screen time and eat healthily. Just generally try to avoid straining your eyes

    So you think that glasses will improve your imagination or foresight? That is what short sighted means. Did you perhaps mean nearsighted?

      Shortsighted: unable to see things clearly unless they are relatively close to the eyes.
