i workout in the morning. .so how could i skip breakfast??
If you drink coffee you shouldn't be hungry in the morning. The caffeine is also great as a pre-workout supplement. Unless you get light-headed, there shouldn't be a problem.
is there a way to cut and build lean muscle simultaneously?
