  • You remind me a lot of myself. You need to realize that diet is everything, and that you need to track your calories. Drink coffee, skip breakfast and push back lunch a little each day. Intermittent fasting will allow you to eat well under 2000.

      • If you drink coffee you shouldn't be hungry in the morning. The caffeine is also great as a pre-workout supplement. Unless you get light-headed, there shouldn't be a problem.
