Test it out. Fall asleep with CNN on in the background and see if you wake up as a hate filled hypocrite.
I don't know about all of that reprogramming mumbo jumbo, but you probably have a lot of unresolved issues that you need to work through. It's nothing to be ashamed of, maybe you have some unresolved traumas of which you might not even be aware?
It's not mumbo jumbo lol, they even talk about re-programming in therapy. The brain believes anything you tell it really, that's why negative people always find more reasons to be negative and positive people attract more reasons to stay positive. You can't remove mental illness though, but can on the other hand learn new ways to handle it and live a better life through thinking strategies etc.
There was a time before you knew of these problems. I used to have really bad anxiety and thought that since there was a time when I did not have it I could go back. Easier said than done, but worth a shot to remember.
To a degree. If you're literally schizo, or have a serious mental disorder than it's probably only malleable to a degree where you seem less strange rather than normal.
Difficult if not impossible.
You may fix the ' problem '
Or end up far worse off.
Most of what you need to do costs money.
Never has worked for me. Maybe there is a way for some people but I'm rather skeptical. Freud was more correct than he gets credit for.
Sure, but it may not be easy. Some habits are hard to break, like nail biting or smoking. The unconscious mind was created by repeating a pattern that formed a rut or groove. This neural pathway may be deep. There are different methods one can use to move the road inside your brain, but you may just fall back in. Hard to say.
Yep, look up "MK Ultra". It was a government program in the US in the 60s involving psychedelic drugs. They used them to brainwash people into carrying out assassinations and terrorist attacks. They also tried to use it to "rehabilitate" criminals but I'm not sure if it was ever successful.
Only if you beilive in it. Like hypnosis videos n junk only work if you beilive it does.
