should i be alarmed to have sex without a condom, not just out of fear of pregnancy but mostly of STIs. it seems to me a lot of people not using a condom and not catching anything. shall I underestimate this or being very cautious?
Anything you you are likely to catch can be treated with a shot. Except for herpes and HIV. HIV is very rare to get if its a man and a woman. Unless you are doing anal withe everyone and having sex with junkies. If someone does heroin they are more likely to get it from sharing needles. Herpes you wont even know you have until you get sick with the flu or something. Because when your immune system is compromised they flair up. This is why you dont see them on pornstars even tho they all have herpes. HPV is the most common one and most people have gotten it. You dont usually even know you've had it and it goes away on its own. Its a type of herpes virus. Only flairs up when immune system is compromised.
