Is telepathy or telekinesis real

Does anyone feel like they can hear thoughts. And or converse with other people while trying to think. I think so i also believe there are people with greater power or wealth who try to enstill fear into you to keep it a secret because it can make you crazy. If you believe in esp or telepathy please tell me what you think and if their are rules associated with using telepathy...thanks

    Maybe it is. Maybe there are people with supernatural abilities, but like in Harry Potter or World of Darkness it's kept a secret. Or maybe it's all bullshit.

    And you might be a telepath. Or batshit crazy. I can't tell without knowing you IRL.

    A custom among fictional telepaths is to not read a mind unless invited. You are aloud to pick up stray thoughts (kinda like conversations in a restaurant) but to intentional read someones mind is considered rude.
