I don't support suicide but I think your reasoning is ghastly and horrid. Please never ever say what you do in this post to even a potentially suicidal person.
When you are experiencing that much pain every day, being told how great and precious your life is and how others have it worse is the absolute last thing you want to hear.
It shows no empathy whatsoever and no desire to help the person with whatever they're going through. If I were suicidal and someone told me this I would feel completely not listened to and very angry.
The true reason suicide is dumb is that our minds are very irrational and we convince ourselves that are day to day emotional state is permanent be it good or bad, while if you wait it out, and cut off the hate as much as you can, eventually you will be surrounded by the truly encouraging people you deserve.
The second half not so much. There are myriad reasons life could become so horrible that there is no way out. Disease is an obvious one. Surrounding oneself with encouraging people is not a solution to all problems.

The first half of your post I agree with.
The second half not so much. There are myriad reasons life could become so horrible that there is no way out. Disease is an obvious one. Surrounding oneself with encouraging people is not a solution to all problems.

Yeah for sure. I support hospital assisted suicide even. I wasn't thinking about the question that broadly. Thanks
