She actually sounds like a true friend to me. A true friend doesn't just tell you what you want to hear they tell you there true opinion and it sounds like that is what she is doing. She also sounds worried about what might happen to you and she should be because both you and her don't really know what's going to happen. Also think of it from her perspective, if you do end up getting married that means that she'll be losing a friend and that hurts so to me she sounds more of a true friend to you than you are to her.
