Is she really my friend?

This year, a boy from my previous school transferred to my class. We were classmates for 7 years, and we used to always fight. Not just him, all of my class's boys used to bully me. But nowadays, we're starting to become friends. We would always argue though, but just to see each others reactions and to mess around. My classmates would always call us couples and stuff, but I always saw him as an idiot he was few years ago. There's this friend of mine, who is a girl, that started to develop feelings for him. I was cool with it, but later I realized I had liked him ever since I saw him at the school entrance this year. Then, my friend told me she started to chat with a college boy and she told me she likes him, so I thought she stopped liking my crush. Then, the college boy stopped texting her so she just started to chat with different boys all around the school. Finally, she settled on one boy, but he was a player and stopped texting her too. Later, she just tells me he likes my crush, so I told her I'll help her only if she won't flirt with other boys. She said okay, but then just yesterday she badmouthed about me to others, and pretended she didn't do anything wrong while she was talking to me. After class, she was waiting for someone so I asked what was going on . It turns out the college boy from before had told her to wait for him, so they would go home together. I didn't think of it that much, but then it turns out she told my other friend this:
- Gosh, like I like #1, but I like #2 too. But then, I like #3 just a bit more than other 2.

#3 is my crush, and my friend who i treasure dearly, what should I do about this problem
