So, an 18 year old woman, and a 17 year old boy are intimately involved. They exchange pictures with nudity. She is caught and convicted of possession of child pornography. She takes a plea and ends up in prison. She deserves to be raped? Interesting opinion. And say that doesn't happen? It really does in the good ol USA.
Except that it does. The 18 year can go to prison and they would be a convicted sex offender. That's the question: sex offender, not rapist.
They could even both be under age and the one receiving could be convicted of possession of child pornography and the sender could be convicted of creating it. And they could be tried as adults. Think that doesn't happen? Think again, it can and it does.
Is rape of a sex offender in prison justifiable?

I meant actual rape. If someone is a year younger it really doesn't matter unless it is an actual rape in which the victim did not consent.
