I'm sure the majority of them are but I'm not convinced that they all are. I would rather not chance the rape of someone who might actually be innocent or in there for a charge that did not involve actually raping or molesting someone.
3. Rape is violence and violence just encourages more violence.

Now if the question is whether or not some sex offenders in prison deserve to be raped then my answer is "fuck yes, brutally raped". I don't condone it, though.

I like Ultra Violent video games. And commit acts of Ultra Violence when 50 miles out in the middle of nowhere 4x4 accessible only. It's my catharsis.
