So if someone is sick and dying of cancer in the hospital and don't want to live because they are in too much pain they have a mental issue? Its not the fact they are in pain everyday of their lives? They are just mentally unwell for wanting the pain to end?

It's something like 90% of people who suicide have a diagnosable mental disorder. They need treatment not help suiciding.
