Is pacman slower in europe?

so i was wondering, is pacman slower in europe? i mean most early games in europe are slower but i havent seen the arcade pacman in 50hz

    I don't know a whole lot about arcade machine repair but I know you can speed up or slow down some of them to change the difficulty.

    i dont think it works that way

    the power supply takes the incomin 60hz 120v or weird euro 50hz 220v or japanese 50hz 100v input and converts it to 12 and or 5 vdc for the computer to run on

    time was theyd have a different supply for each region but nowadays computer power supplies are all designed to take 100-240v 50/60hz so all they hafta do is include whatever plug is used in whatever region theyre shippin to

    Pac-Man was not designed for the Mega Drive or Genesis. It was designed for arcade cabinets. So, the most likely option is that the game was designed to run at the speed of the computer running it. European arcade canines cabinets do not run the game any slower if they have the same hardware, which is what I'd assume to be the case.
