I think hating Muslims is a little less wrong, because at least you're ripping on an ideology, rather than hating on someone based on something that they have absolutely no control of. That being said discriminating on Muslims is still really bad and unfair, because not all Muslims are the same.
So I think being "religionist" if you will is not quite as bad as racism because it does say something about the individual, but its still wrong.
