To the OP: Have your doctor do a blood test to make sure your thyroid is functioning properly. Other than that, you could try a bit of body-building as a healthy way to add some shape to your body without gaining a lot of extra fat.

I am sure you are still young. Enjoy this effect while it lasts because once you get older your metabolism is going to naturally slow down.
