  • Just correcting some stuff posted here:

st A female have on average 55% of a male's upper body strength and 72% of a male's lower body strength.
nd The reason is male body structure but MAINLY testosterone levels. So everyone can understand, testosterone is the hormone that gives the "order" to the body to build muscles at both genders male and female. In male's case, they just produce much much more of it.
rd Pound to Pound male and female muscles have the same strength, but males have much more fibers being produced.
th Women CAN do everything a man can do, just in same cases they can NEVER do it just as good. This goes vice versa, and the topic being discussed here is an example. Given the same exercise to a male and a female, the male will ALWAYS be stronger, except of some rare occasions which can be easily qualified as hormone unbalance to the female and its an actual health problem in most cases.
th is indeed true, bigger does not always mean stronger. The muscles fiber density plays an important. As explain earlier tho, male have more male density despite their muscles size.
th Pain endurance have NOTHING to do with strength. Is EXACTLY like saying i can see further than you therefore i'm stronger. Having this said, on average a female can endure 10times the pain a male can.
th Males competitiveness is "written" in their DNA, but not for them. Its for women. Mainly was and somewhat still is a way for women to pick the more suitable male to breed.
th Males are stronger than women cause natural choice "choose" this by trial and error. Men needed to be stronger to hunt and be preoccupied with out of the house jobs more often than women who needed to ALSO take care of children. Same reason why most males can observe further with their sight while women can observe better in the rear vision.
